Damages and Issues

Please inspect your glasses as soon as you receive them. If your order is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong magnification, contact us right away. We’ll prioritize the issue to ensure we make it right immediately.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that your refund has been processed. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not yet received it, please reach out to us at info@spekters.com.
